Here is today's un-noteworthy Mousehunt News and stale gossip

First of all, I want to apologize for the fact that I did not watch the Feedback Friday. If you haven't already guessed, I am a teenager who has yet to gain sufficient "persuasion" levels in order to tell my parents that 

"No! I will not visit your friend or their son!" 


When I came back and turned on the live broadcast of FBF, the lag was so terrible I only saw 2 seconds of the video before shutting it down. Seriously, the devs should have recorded it. 


Anyway, section 2 will covered with nothing but Feedback Friday. Credits to James Sha. 
















Feedback Friday + Cat Comments!







1. The horns are working, hopefully.





2. Dev blame the glitchpaw mice for all the glitches yesterday. They have released a few Glicthpaw mice to take the blame. The glitchpaw mice will not hide until the next 24 hours.




3. Heart of the Dragon ends on Monday. You are advised to head down there immediately if you haven't completed anything yet.



4. The Hitgrab birthday celebration lasts the entire month of March. Surprise.



5. Do Not ask about the Onyx Trap. Do it, and get flamed. 



6. They take interns in April? you mean candidates for hire in Hitgrab HQ.... 



7. Jeniffer will get her shield soon. Yeah... yeah. 



8. You can open your chest when the event is over. You can't keep it. It will contain something other than SB+.  Please do not speculate. Just shut up and open it on Monday.



9. Longtail is progressing. The same "Progression level" as Tournament Updates I suppose



10.  The King's lazy workers are not making much progress on the buildings or tournament areas. In other words, the devs have delayed all work on the 2 buildings, to focus on Longtail which is in progression... just like tourney updates. 



11.  Paul has worked there as a developer (on the scoreboard) for about 2 weeks. Don't really get this one, not important either.






12.  Dave still like playing Eye of the Tiger. Whatever dude. 



13. Mike does not want to be on camera. Granted. 



14. Rumors about some Levitating Mouse with red eyes. How bout we focus on Tournament Chests instead brother?



15. King's Rewards are abit screwed up here and there.



16. Please read the "Horn timers Resolved" News post in the MouseHunt game by Dave Vanderburg.

I am gearing up for today's Feedback Friday as we speak.  Section 2 of tomorrow will be covered with nothing but Feedback Friday.

Honestly, I can't wait to ask the developers when the Tournament Updates are coming out. And this time, I won't hesitate to ask them to give themselves a dateline. After all, the devs started working on the Tournament thingy since Last year in May 2009. False promises were made on the dateline, and now its time to deliver the work. In my opinion, although the devs are hard at work and all, what comes first must come first. And I believe deep down in every ones hearts that everytime they say "Coming Soon", we feel very disappointed.




Now, its time for real news, so stand straight soldier, time to bust a terrorist cat !













 Wh...whhat? You got the Attraction Bonus Candy yesterday too? 
Well, damn right its better than yours. And like I said, the devs release more as the event draws close, so be patient and go hunt other stuff until they tell you the Heart of Tiger event ends next Tuesday. 

Just Kidding








For the last time, Ronza isn't coming back. We don't know anything about Ronza being available on MouseHunt Birthday Event so stop speculating morons !  Just hunt like normal, and when the time comes and you have no gold, you just blame yourself for wasting all your Mousehunt lives spamming the forums with stupid threads asking the unknown question of when Ronza will return.

Having a bad day ? Good, please flame him here







A Detective at heart? Maybe you can solve this and bag 1 million gold. Oh, and don't worry if no one can finish it in 6 months ( wow ), Mr.Sawyer Watford will gladly increase the stakes by 2 million.






The Mobster Mistake. Singaporean Chen Siao Qiang and many other MouseHunters have observed the "killcount" of the Mobster Mice. Now, they have prove that the Mice aren't being released on schedule or in appropriate numbers. Unlike what the devs promised and assured us in Feedback Friday, the Mice gets released around 1 per day.  View the full thread





More Mistakes! There have been complains about Tournamemt Horns not responding properly, and the page refreshing is glitched. Lets hope issues like this gets settled as soon as possible.

Hey folks, its the terrorist talking. And I promise it will be real short.

As of yesterday quite a few MouseHunters stated their dissatisfaction of me using 2 accounts. One to play, and the other for me to publicize in the forums anonymously. Before I say any further, let me assure you, that the reason I am writing this newsletter anonymously is because the "Communitay" was very hostile towards me the last time I merely posted in the forums about my intentions to acquire a name for this Newsletter. 
Anyway, back to the issue about me violating Terms and Conditions of Mousehunt. In the rules it states that :
MouseHunt forbids the use of multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage over other players."
My new facebook mousehunt account is anything but an advantage over other players.

I believe I have yet to complete Larry's Tutorial either. But I do realize that I have violated Facebook Terms of Service because I possess 2 accounts and I have decided to stop posting in the forums, after today of course.

Meanwhile, I will be requesting the help of some of my friends to help me post the threads up instead. Once again, I thank the Mousehunt "Communitay" for being so quick and efficient in pointing out my errors that needs to be corrected.

This reporter is very curious
1. What is it with MouseHunters who are penniless and questioning for Ronza She who must not be named?
2. Shouldn't we wait for mobs to yell down the dev's neck asking them to make ABC more widely available than hunting for it with more than 500 SB+ wasted?
3. Whats up with the Walrus and what is wrong with you? you should watch more National Geographic or something... dwelling on such a stupid topic just because the Nibbler indirectly mentioned that it was a stupid topic.

Welcome again humans. I thank thee once again, for all your encouragements. 



However encouragements aside, I would also appreciate some constructive criticism in these few areas 

1. Grammar - do notify me if my grammar is not reaching your standards of quality.
2. New sections - If you dislike a section of the news, or if you would like to see something that has yet to be implemented.
3. The overall feel and experience you get from this blog. I would be adding some widgets to the right panel of emptiness you now see. So when that is ready, your feedback will be much appreciated. 



Meanwhile, I received a letter from my old friend Barracks Dilberdt this morning. Apparently my old friend has been fired from presidency and is now heading over to my Desert Tent for refuge. I plan to use him for my nefarious plans when he arrives in another 5 days or so.

Initiated by a portion of Nibbler that mentioned hitting someone with a Walrus. Mousehunter Rick Brookins began a discussion on which animal would be a preferred melee weapon.  The World Wide Foundation for Animals should definitely look into this.

A word of advice from me, if you are looking for a party member. 
1. State your location and progress,  not your rank ( Ex. Just Bought Acro, in Cats, 400 RB )
2. Find a party member that lives within your timezone. State in your thread that you are interested only in people from a certain area.
3. Avoid rude, uncooperative, and downright retarded MouseHunters, in my experience as a Party leader, they can be a real pain in the arse.






Moderator Bans MouseHunters without Reason, Fact or Fiction?
Darrel Wong stand up for girlfriend's cause in reclaiming her account back when a developer, moderator, or some other individual on top decided to ban her account and accusing her of using multiple MouseHunt accounts. In reponse, she has filed multiple requests and complains to the developers regarding this matter, all of which the devs and moderators completely ignore.

There has been many cases of such misunderstandings, simply because 2 accounts were log into from the same IP address. A BF and GF staying together and using the same computer to play MouseHunt does not provide sufficient evidence against the prosecuted.

Let me remind the Moderators and Developers of MouseHunt that "Misunderstanding" is no excuse for explaining your failures in investigating matters more thoroughly.

Also worth mentioning are a whole bunch of unfinished ideas dotting the "Idea and Feature" section of the MouseHunt boards. It is very amusing to find that most people who draw well don't have talents for story-telling, whereas the bards write pages after pages of stories and trap suggestions, with no drawings whatsoever.  I wonder if the same phenomenon is present in Hitgrab HQ

 Salutations, and welcome to the very first edition of Mousehunt News+.


Who Am I ? Its not important. What is important, is that I finish this brief introduction and get to the meat as soon as possible. Oh and FYI,   I play Mousehunt.

The Purpose of this? To inform Mousehunters of stuff related to Mousehunt and its Communitay.


Why here? Why now?   


1.  Mousehunters needs to read news beyond the boundaries of the Terms and Conditions.
2.  Blogger is a great platform for my nefarious plans
2.  News should be told from a different bias, like mine.  
3.  The Nibbler can't possibly cover everything, MHnews+ acts as a sort of add-on to the existing major news resource rather than a replacement. Although you are free to think that it is the latter.

Puzzled Mousehunter posted his thread in the wrong section of the board  
asking why the Forbidden Grove and Acolyte realm are not following the 3 hour regime. Individual did not receive any help whatsoever, and is told instead to check the old threads.
Mr.Stefano Gattolin   did not hesitate to yell  at  the puzzled mousehunter, and told him to look for answers in the "Cheese and Whine" section instead.

the communitay generally prefers to tell how stupid someone is , rather than putting him on the right track. And its a  really difficult task for some people to just say :
" Its a glitch, the devs are working really really really really hard to fix the forbidden grove"

Instead of


"we're not spoonfeeding you, you go check out the blah blah blah yourself, such an old news, its people like you that spam the boards"

*The Heart of the Tiger Advice




1. Use SB+ if u can afford it. 
Mousehunters who cannot afford Super Brie or those who are lower in rank are the only people who can catch a cupid mouse with Cheddar or Swiss or Brie. Its not a myth. 
2. Use a Tactical trap 
  
3. Catch all the rare mice, Get the Chest, Get the keys. 


4. Forget about the Attraction Bonus Candy or Rabbit mask
these two are extremely rare, especially the ABC, you are adviced to ...
Resume hunting like normal in your pre-HoT locations. You can return back to test your luck again when they post the warning that HoT is about to end on the news section of mousehunt like they did in the Festive Comet Last year. 
The devs have mentioned that they do not know when the event ends. They also suggested that it may last a couple more weeks. For those who are spreading rumors that the event ends on the 19th, please refer to the Feedback Friday details in the Nibbler.
